Job Summary: Atex Brasil is seeking a talented professional to analyze and reconcile tax and accounting documents, and prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and verify tax documents (inputs, outputs, and services). 2. Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies. 3. Join Atex and become part of an outstanding team! **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and verify tax documents (inputs, outputs, and services). * Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies. * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, GIA, DAPI, REINF, among others). * Verify tax ledgers and tax calculation reports. * Issue tax payment slips (DARF, GNRE, etc.). * Support reconciliation and review of entries in the ERP system. * Provide tax support to employees and assist ERP users. * Handle low-complexity tax audits. * Manage digital certificates and organize accounting documents. **Requirements:** * Mandatory experience with the Totvs Protheus ERP system (advanced level). * Experience with Tax Configuration Tool and Auditor Transmite. * Minimum 2 years of experience with Brazilian tax legislation. * Experience preparing and delivering ancillary tax obligations. * Knowledge of taxes (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, ISS) and withholdings (IRRF, CSRF, INSS). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. **Education:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (or Technical degree in the field). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the manufacturing industry. * Knowledge in the accounting field. * Experience with other ERPs (e.g., Senior).
