Learn more about PLC Advogados and **join us to build your future**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop indicators, charts, and dashboards for data management; * Prepare presentations, reports, and monitor results; * Conduct predictive, statistical, and comparative analyses to anticipate scenarios, support optimal decisions, and demonstrate efficiency; * Collaborate with managers to optimize and develop new reports and workflows that meet their needs and facilitate decision-making; * Propose solutions or adjustments to address problems or requirements, presenting viable options and alternatives to challenges; * Continuously pursue operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** Law degree; active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); proficiency as a user of the Windows environment and major Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Specific Requirements:** Proven experience in controller functions and leadership of teams and processes. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Service Partner **Financial Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (based on performance and criteria of the variable compensation program), payment of the current year’s OAB annual fee (if program eligibility requirements are met), parking allowance, and *referral* bonus for client acquisition. **Office Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, subject to future adjustment based on business needs.
