Job Summary: Professional to support and execute logistics programming, monitor and optimize operational performance, ensuring service safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support and execution of logistics programming and indicator monitoring. 2. Support in fleet tracking and operational scheduling. 3. Assistance in developing driver shift schedules and administrative routines. **Job Responsibilities:** * Support and execution of logistics programming; monitoring adherence to the schedule; optimization of operational performance, ensuring safety, productivity, service quality, and achievement of established targets; * Support in monitoring departmental KPIs, contributing to target achievement and continuous process improvement; * Monitoring of fleet tracking and monitoring processes, ensuring operational execution according to plan; * Support for operational scheduling as per the program, updating and entering operational information into internal control systems and customer portals, plus license plate registration and operation-specific information; * Assistance in developing driver shift schedules in compliance with current legislation and operational needs; orientation for each new schedule; driver support and follow-up, ensuring clarity of information and safe operational execution; * Daily reporting to the team and immediate supervisor on operational demands and status, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of information; * Archiving of fiscal documents, conducting fitness-for-work tests when required, and supporting administrative routines within the logistics department to ensure compliance with internal processes. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in **Logistics**; * Experience in liquid cargo (fuel) transportation **is a plus**; * Familiarity with cargo transportation (routes, vehicle characteristics) **is a plus**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
