Join us too! **Opportunity:** Fleet Programmer **Summary of Responsibilities:** Manage logistics department activities with a focus on fleet optimization, pursue continuous improvement of internal and external logistics and transportation processes, aiming to reduce losses and lower logistics process costs. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee the vehicle fleet for road cargo transportation; * Develop new logistics workflows and partnerships/third-party arrangements to reduce costs and optimize logistics processes; * Implement and manage logistics and transportation indicators; * Coordinate and manage deliveries according to conditions agreed upon in contracts or commercial agreements; * Support the commercial area with logistics information; * Manage and execute departmental activities using the RODOPAR system; * Send and manage various logistics-related information—including transportation, indicators, targets—to all stakeholders involved in the process; * Manage fleet scheduling based on information such as number of vehicles, routes, and other relevant data; * Monitor equipment downtime for preventive maintenance, according to information recorded in the system; * Manage the fleet management system operation, ensuring accurate recording of event information, equipment usage, control, and other data contained in the system; * Promote departmental development by identifying new practices aimed at continuous process improvement, loss reduction, cost reduction, and increased satisfaction of internal and external customers.
