We seek individuals with a collaborative spirit, eager to grow and work in billing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and validate monthly measurement of leasing contracts, verifying periods, quantities, and contractual terms. * Analyze, verify, and process additional costs such as maintenance; excess mileage; traffic fines, ensuring data consistency. * Prepare and issue leasing invoices, fines, and damage charges within established deadlines. * Verify pricing tables, contractual amendments, adjustments, and agreed-upon values prior to billing closure. * Monitor and manage the invoice approval workflow with clients via e\-mails, portals, or systems. * Reconcile validated measurements against billed amounts. * Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies related to measurements, fines, damages, or incomplete data. * Provide client support for inquiries regarding measurements, billing, fines, and damages. * Support analysis of departmental KPIs and contribute to improvements in measurement and billing processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with measurement-based billing, preferably in leasing or continuous service contracts. * Experience with billing/control of traffic fines. * Proficiency in Excel for data verification and analysis. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong numerical accuracy.
