We are seeking a **Construction Coordinator** to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously across various Brazilian states, overseeing planning, physical and financial progress, supporting field engineers, and ensuring technical standards during execution. The role requires active on-site presence, risk awareness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain predictable operational continuity, reporting directly to the executive board and serving as the link between strategy and field operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage 3 to 5 concurrent construction projects (initially approximately 3\); * Plan and monitor project schedules and milestones; * Conduct periodic site visits according to schedule; * Monitor deadlines, costs, risks, and deviations; * Provide technical and managerial support to site engineers; * Support hiring of specialized labor; * Ensure the contractor’s technical and execution standards; * Proactively resolve issues; * Report status and key performance indicators to the executive board. ### **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Solid end-to-end experience in construction projects; * Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling; * Practical field experience (not purely administrative); * Ability to assess projects holistically (timeline, risk, execution); * Willingness to travel is required. **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators)** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in commercial construction and renovation projects; * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects; * Experience working in high-volume construction environments with tight deadlines. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Confident, decisive, and dynamic profile; * Natural leadership and influence capability; * Strategic vision and organizational skills; * Effective communication with both the executive board and teams; * Ability to manage without absorbing the operational stress of construction sites; * Autonomy with accountability; * Operational resilience. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Company car * Travel allowance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Others Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
