To request an accommodation, please contact a Ceva Human Resources representative. **Your responsibilities:** * Review and implement occupational health management through the deployment of occupational programs: PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program), Annual Report, PPR (Respiratory Protection Program), PCA (Hearing Conservation Program); * Implement accident prevention with focus on work permit systems for high-risk activities, Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA), and definition of routine versus non-routine tasks; * Conduct investigations of workplace accidents and environmental incidents; * Issue PPP – Professional Previdentiary Profile; * Submit mandatory reports, records, and certificates to public authorities (Ministry of Labor, labor unions, environmental agencies, etc.). * Ensure compliance with NR23 (Fire Protection) with support from external consultants: fire protection equipment, periodic training for emergency response teams, and area evacuation drills in accordance with applicable legislation. * Promote campaigns, lectures, or other communication tools related to health, safety, and quality of life at work. * Manage CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and its programs, monitor commission activities, and contribute to action planning—including SIPATMA and Ceva Safety Day; * Ensure legal compliance with Regulatory Norms (NRs) through: PPE management (NR06\), mobile equipment management (NR11\), machine safety (NR12\), pressure vessels (NR13\), occupational hygiene (NR15 and NR16\), confined spaces (NR33\), work at height (NR35\); * Manage flammable substances (NR20\) and chemicals in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS); * Implement Electrical Safety Governance (NR10\) * Maintain the LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) program * Execute and manage HSE Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) * Implement internal procedures and standards as defined by the global HSE team and communicated by regional management; * Execute annual training, self-inspection, emergency, and business continuity plans. **Your profile:** * Occupational Safety Technician with active registration duly recorded at the Ministry of Labor and Employment. * Proficiency in current legislation (Regulatory Norms, Technical Instructions, Brazilian Standards - NBRs) * Proficiency in Management Systems * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * Willingness to work onsite in Juatuba\-MG
