Job Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Technician for a VALE project, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to environmental requirements with an integrated focus on Quality and Environment, performing fieldwork and documentation. Experience in environmental implementation and monitoring We seek an **Environmental Technician** to work on a VALE project, ensuring legal compliance and fulfillment of environmental requirements specified in VALE's Technical Specification (RT) and LAN Construtora's Environmental Management Plan. **Minimum Requirements (per VALE's RT)** * Completed technical education in Environmental Studies * Minimum 6 months of experience in implementation and monitoring of environmental controls * Active registration with the competent professional council * Capacity to support work fronts involving up to 100 professionals (including contractor and subcontractor personnel) **Responsibilities and Duties (Environmental Management Plan – LAN Construtora)** The professional will operate with an integrated focus on Quality and Environment, performing both field and documentation activities: **Field Activities** * Conduct daily inspections and tests to ensure environmental and quality compliance of the project; * Collaborate with the assigned engineer in supervising field activities; * Monitor implementation of environmental controls, proposing corrective actions when necessary. **Documentation and Control Activities** * Document performed inspections and tests, recording identified non-conformities; * Consolidate field information and records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and traceability; * Prepare, update, and monitor environmental documentation required by the client and regulatory agencies; * Maintain systematic archives and records of all inspections, reports, and evidence. **Desirable (but not mandatory) Qualifications** * Prior experience under contracts with VALE * Knowledge of environmental legislation and standards applicable to mining and construction * Additional training in Management Systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 9001) Minimum Educational Requirement: Higher Education Willingness to travel * Meal Allowance * Basic Food Basket Allowance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance
