




Job Description: Technical and Behavioral Requirements: * Proven experience in influencer marketing, branded paid media, or branded content; * Experience in strategic content and campaign planning; * Experience managing creators, contracts, negotiations, and deliverables; * Ability to craft narratives and scripts that amplify the brand and resonate with audiences; * Strong data literacy, including analysis of metrics and KPIs related to brand awareness, engagement, and impact; * Integrated perspective across branding, content, social media, and events; * Proficiency in key platforms and tools within the ecosystem (Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok Creator Marketplace, BI tools, and influencer platforms). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with OOH, podcasts, videocasts, or special activations; * Background in startups or technology companies; * Knowledge of corporate narratives or B2B branding; * Pre-existing relationships with creators and media outlets. * End-to-end management of Onfly’s branding and influencer marketing strategy—including scouting, negotiation, scripting, campaigns, and measurement; * Planning and execution of branded paid media campaigns such as OOH, branded content, PR stunts, and special activations; * Building partnerships with creators, publishers, platforms, and media outlets relevant to Onfly’s ecosystem; * Developing narratives, scripts, and guidelines to ensure consistency across paid content; * Creating and leading data-driven, culturally relevant, and market-opportunity-based brand presence plans; * Coordinating execution with Social, Content, Branding, Events, and Performance teams to ensure every paid initiative drives organic amplification and authority; * Orchestrating Onfly’s annual paid media calendar—defining priorities, investments, formats, and key moments; * Monitoring digital content trends, creator movements, media developments, and audience behavior to identify opportunities; * Supporting Onfly-sponsored events and availability for travel; * Managing KPIs for influencer marketing, brand awareness, brand impact, and paid channel efficiency; * Handling contracts, negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and assets with precision and clarity; * Representing the Branding team in discussions with creators, partners, and media outlets. 2512130202201917396
