Description: * Act as the liaison between the Innovation Hub and Corporate IT * Translate innovative needs into feasible technical requirements * Ensure infrastructure and legacy systems support new projects with agility, security, and scalability * Receive abstract or experimental requests and translate them into technical language (non-functional requirements, architecture, security) * Create and manage a fast-track request flow to prevent MVPs from getting stuck in the standard queue * Negotiate priorities directly with infrastructure leaders * Align with the Innovation team on what is technically feasible within the desired timeline * Consider limitations of current systems * Define how new solutions (Cloud/SaaS) will integrate with legacy systems (On-Premise/ERP) * Estimate required resources (servers, databases, licenses, API Gateway) for pilots and launches * Ensure there are no performance bottlenecks * Assess risks to production environment stability * Ensure compliance with LGPD and Information Security standards * Structure the handover of the system to IT operations and maintenance Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering * 3 years of experience in IT support and knowledge of infrastructure routines and IT planning * Understanding of business modeling (e.g., Business Model Canvas), Lean Startup, and product success metrics. IT Infrastructure: * Solid knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) versus On-Premise environments. Basic understanding of networking, connectivity, VPNs, and edge security (required to integrate external solutions with the company’s core systems). Systems and Integration: * Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture * Understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with the company’s central ERP system (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle) to identify appropriate data connection points.
