Development of BIM models, integration, and support across various project phases * Phases **FEL0–FEL3** (feasibility, conceptual, basic, detailed design), with emphasis on **constructability**, **interferences**, and accuracy of **quantity take-offs**. * Production/validation of **drawings and models**; preparation of **interference maps**, coordination, and support for **Gates**/**Design Reviews**. * **BIM model development** (LOD, libraries, standardization, clash detection, 4D/5D, QTO), interdisciplinary integration, and support for **RIPLAs** and construction sequencing.
