We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, painters, rebar workers, metalworkers, and plumbers in performing specific tasks. * Perform activities involving material transportation, site cleaning, and workspace preparation. * Clean and organize the construction site by removing debris and waste. * Assist in preparing surfaces for work execution, such as soil leveling and wall cleaning. * Load, transport, and organize materials such as bricks, cement, sand, gravel, wood, tools, and equipment. * Assist in unloading trucks carrying construction materials. * Prepare cement, mortar, and concrete mixtures according to specific instructions. * Hold scaffolds and tools to facilitate the work of specialized professionals. * Perform minor assembly and disassembly tasks, such as temporary frameworks and supports. * Clean tools, equipment, and work areas upon task completion. * Carry out basic maintenance of simple tools, such as lubrication and cleaning. * Support electrical and plumbing infrastructure work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience. * Incomplete Elementary Education. **All our positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar in creating a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
