




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial SDR (Mid-level) to accelerate our pipeline with qualified opportunities in infoproducts, mentorships, online courses, and consulting services, working across both Outbound and Inbound channels. Experience with infoproducts, online education, and sales methodologies We seek a Commercial SDR (Mid-level) to accelerate our pipeline with qualified opportunities, operating across both Outbound and Inbound channels. This role focuses on infoproducts, mentorships, online courses, and consulting services, primarily via phone calls, supplemented by WhatsApp, email, and social selling. **Key Responsibilities:** * Active multichannel prospecting * Lead qualification and scheduling of presentations for closers * Ongoing list enrichment and lead database updates * CRM and multi-system updates, along with KPI tracking * Consistent goal achievement with funnel-oriented discipline and vision **Requirements:** * Experience as an SDR / Pre-sales / Inside Sales representative * Excellent telephone communication skills * Organization, metrics focus, and CRM proficiency * Active listening and use of qualifying questions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with infoproducts and online education * Knowledge of SPIN Selling, BANT, and AIDA frameworks **Expected Profile:** * Curiosity, resilience, autonomy, growth mindset, and proactivity. **Additional Information:** * **Hiring Type**: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Work Mode**: On-site * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Fixed Salary**: BRL 2,500.00 \+ **2.5% commission** per scheduled meeting that results in a sale \+ bonuses for achieving targets. * Earning potential exceeding BRL 5,000.00 with no upper limit * **Benefits**: On-site meals, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (BRL 300.00), University Tuition Discounts, Telemedicine Health Access. * **Location**: Rua Queluzita, 34, União, Belo Horizonte. **If you love sales, performance, and continuous development, this opportunity is for you!** Minimum Education: High School Diploma
