The **Operations Coordinator** will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuity of logistics operations, guaranteeing on-time delivery, productivity, service levels, and resource optimization through people, process, and operational KPI management. Their mission will be to ensure accuracy and efficiency across operations, promoting organized logistics flows and contributing to the company’s operational excellence. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate unit-level logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and service levels. * Manage multi-channel teams. * Monitor operational KPIs and develop action plans to continuously improve results. * Ensure correct execution of operational processes, maintaining quality, productivity, and safety. * Analyze and resolve operational issues, minimizing impacts and deviations. * Plan and monitor resource allocation according to operational demand. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and company policies. * Interface with support departments to align and streamline operations. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization. * Control operational costs and monitor departmental budget. * Lead alignment meetings and present operational performance results. * Guarantee achievement of productivity, quality, and SLA targets. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Logistics Management, Operations, or related areas is desirable. * Experience in logistics operations and team management. * Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical mindset, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities. **Additional information** Meal allowance/food voucher via Flash benefits card — BRL 30.00/day; You choose between transportation allowance or fuel allowance, also loaded onto the Flash card (flexible benefit) Discounts on any product from the Ei, Beleza?
