JOB DESCRIPTION The Olympus Junior Strategist is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and unblocking students as they build the foundation of their digital business—ensuring strategic clarity, practical application, and continuous progression within the Olympus methodology. This role directly shapes the student experience and serves as a key driver of retention, satisfaction, group advancement, and readiness for scaling. The Junior Strategist works under supervision from more experienced strategists but has significant influence on perceived program value. RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES * Guide students in building their digital foundation (avatar, product, promise, offer, and content). * Support practical implementation of the Olympus method. * Identify and unblock execution bottlenecks. * Conduct individual or group strategic calls. * Support students via WhatsApp, community platforms, and live classes. * Analyze profiles, content, and pages, suggesting improvements aligned with the methodology. * Ensure clarity regarding next steps and validate progress to the next stage or cohort. * Record student progress (calls, guidance, status) in internal systems. * Support managerial strategists and internal projects when required. TECHNICAL SKILLS – ESSENTIAL * Applied digital marketing. * Digital products, offers, copywriting, and content. * Reading basic metrics (Instagram / Meta). * Experience with communities, online calls, and spreadsheets. * Proficiency with Hotmart (or similar platforms) and course delivery platforms. * Familiarity with the Olympus method (or rapid ability to absorb it). TECHNICAL SKILLS – PREFERRED * Paid traffic (Meta). * Funnels, evergreen campaigns, and simple launches. * CRM tools, Manychat / TakeBlip. * AI tools (Orion, ChatGPT). BEHAVIORAL SKILLS – ESSENTIAL * Clear and didactic communication. * Organization, responsibility, and discipline. * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset. * Empathy and emotional resilience. * Ethics and confidentiality. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS – PREFERRED * Educator profile. * Ability to simplify complexity. * Adaptability. * Business-oriented mindset. * Interest in progressing to Mid-level or Senior roles.
