As a **BACKOFFICE** professional, you will participate in innovation, maintenance, and standard-definition projects that foster learning and growth. You must be able to translate business needs into functional and fast platforms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Audit sales approved by the bot through validation of data across disparate systems (WM, Wit, Mobile), documenting discrepancies in spreadsheets; if errors occur, escalate to the development team for correction to ensure data aligns with client-submitted information. * Monitor the bot by identifying potential processing errors, interruptions, incorrect status assignments, and promptly alerting the development team so the bot avoids improper inputs and prevents backlog accumulation impacting Mundiale’s revenue. * Monitor the product order pipeline by correcting and inputting data in (D\-1\), maintaining data in (D\-0\), and entering customer information into the CRM to maximize approval rates, reduce Quality impact, and minimize client notifications. * Propose process improvement suggestions by scoring potential changes and highlighting gaps affecting input across involved areas—facilitating and optimizing workflow. * Attend product- or area-specific training sessions to correctly manage products per contractual agreements with the company. * Perform reversal analysis to revert rejected sales and increase the volume of approved orders. * Validate manual and bot login credentials and passwords by confirming they belong to the product and remain active—ensuring the company does not lose transaction volume due to password-code errors and can perform correct inputs. * Open support tickets with clients by scoring system errors and forwarding them to responsible parties, evidencing gaps affecting input to reduce backlog impact, rejections, and errors generated for the client. * Monitor BOT productivity with support from the Quality and Performance teams, tracking backlog to prevent lost sales caused by operational delays without timely correction. * Handle discrepancy tickets related to registration updates submitted via registration changes, sales cancellations, and communication to responsible parties—to reduce TSA impact and ensure accurate payment processing for requesting clients. * Enter checklists into product and plan systems by updating system records regarding input methods and plan changes, while aligning and documenting with involved areas to ensure products are processed per information provided to the requesting and contracting client. * Train and onboard new Munders by aligning them with the full product process to foster their development and positively contribute to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Meal or Food Allowance \- Caju; * Unimed Unipart Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Career Development Path; * Work Model: Hybrid; * Day Off; * Short Friday; Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * For over 20 years, every single day, we at Mundiale begin our workday asking how we can positively impact someone’s experience.
