We are looking for a Mid-Level Back-End Developer to work semi-autonomously on the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance systems. Here, you won’t just be an executor—you’ll participate in decisions, propose improvements, and help evolve the software ecosystem. **What you’ll do** Collaborate with the architect on **design, coding, testing, and debugging** of back-end systems. Develop solutions using **TypeScript, Java, Python, Node.js, or Go**. Translate business requirements into **technical and functional specifications**, focusing on scalability and performance. Participate in designing **software architecture**, including microservices, APIs, and third-party integrations. Ensure application of **coding best practices**, design patterns (SOLID, DDD), and agile methodologies. Identify and resolve **technical and performance issues** in complex environments, prioritizing stability and observability. **What we expect from you** Practical experience in **back-end development** using at least one of the stacks mentioned above. Knowledge of **MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases**. Experience or familiarity with **AWS CDK** and infrastructure-as-code. Strong analytical, organizational, and technical communication skills.
