




Job Summary: The Insurance Technical Assistant is responsible for calculating, analyzing, and formalizing insurance contracts across various modalities, overseeing the entire process from client request to issuance of operational reports. Manage operational insurance reports **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT POSITION TO BE FILLED: INSURANCE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT * Perform calculations using insurers' dedicated systems, analyzing the best prices and conditions to advise clients on optimal options. * Receive client requests for insurance coverage across various modalities (Life, Auto/RE), strictly following all steps involved in the process. * Take appropriate technical and operational measures to formalize insurance contracts, ensuring business security for both parties. * Verify that the policyholder has received the insurance calculations, confirm accuracy of all data, and proceed with relevant recordkeeping. * Monitor the entire process of proposal acceptance or rejection, resolving any pending items raised. * Monitor the generation of operational reports (policies due for renewal, not renewed, and canceled) via the insurance management system. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Experience with insurance calculations. * Availability to work remotely. * MANDATORY RESIDENCE IN THE METROPOLITAN REGION OF BELO HORIZONTE - MG **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Meal allowance, Food voucher
