Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. * Proven solid experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. * Experience leading end-to-end data science projects. * Portfolio of successful projects in predictive analytics, optimization, or machine learning. * Proficiency in Python and/or R. * Advanced knowledge of data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Strong understanding of statistics. * Experience with SQL and relational and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with cloud environments (Snowflake, GCP). * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Completed postgraduate degree in Analytics or Data Science. Your key responsibilities will include: * Executing the full lifecycle of data analysis projects—from problem definition through solution implementation. * Developing and implementing machine learning and statistical models for forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and other applications. * Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. * Designing and building robust data pipelines for data collection, processing, and transformation. * Collaborating with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions. * Presenting results and insights to stakeholders and leadership using data visualizations (BI) and clear narratives. * Staying up to date with the latest innovations and methodologies in data science and machine learning. * Ensuring data consistency and integration (HRIS, ATS, etc.). 2512130202201862622
