(Preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information under your responsibility. * Consolidate and analyze project data, monitoring costs, deadlines, and physical progress (S-curve). * Manage technical documents (LDT), identifying pending items and inconsistencies, and supporting coordinators in their correction. * Verify data entries, adapt formats, and forward information for progress reports (Project Review). * Monitor working hours, factor K, and workload indices, identifying deviations and proposing replanning actions. * Support the Planning Department and management in analyses, reporting, and process improvements. * Safeguard company assets and perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Excel proficiency * MS Project * Quick thinking * Attention to detail * Diligence * Critical thinking * Initiative * Planning and control skills * Capacity for learning * Proactivity * Interpersonal skills * Logical reasoning ability * Strategic vision
