Description
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Primarily perform field activities, including short-term (approximately one week) or long-term (up to two or three consecutive months) travel assignments.
* Always travel in pairs, accompanied by a driver who assists with operations.
* Install video recording equipment at designated highway locations to capture vehicle traffic flow.
* Continuously monitor the equipment throughout the entire data collection period.
* Organize and submit collected video footage.
* Gather regional information from the study area and prepare characterization reports for the analyzed area.
* Participate in origin-destination surveys, including hiring, training, and coordinating field teams to conduct interviews with highway users.
* Maintain continuous communication with the office-based team to align activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* No specific technical competencies are required for this position.
* A **proactive** profile is preferred—characterized by initiative and the ability to solve day-to-day problems.
* Prior experience in external work, field activities, or construction projects is **not mandatory**, but will be considered a significant advantage.
* Previous experience may contribute to better adaptation to operational routines and the challenges of fieldwork;
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
