Communication with drivers, customers, and internal team **Job Description** The Driver Assistant will support transportation and delivery operations by assisting the driver in daily routines, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency during loading and unloading processes, as well as providing appropriate customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the driver in delivering and collecting goods; * Load and unload products, ensuring product integrity; * Verify invoices and quantities during the delivery process; * Support vehicle organization and proper cargo stowage; * Assist in route planning and adherence to delivery schedules; * Maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal team; * Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance; * Comply with company safety, health, and internal procedures.
