Job Summary: Assist in the shipment of goods, provide support to units, serve internal and external customers, and support the operational supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Internal and external customer support and service 2. Assistance with shipping routines and pickup scheduling 3. Support to the operational supervisor Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30 Responsibilities: Assisting in the shipment of goods; Clarifying doubts and providing support to other units; Customer-focused service; Internal service to helpers, drivers, and verifiers; Assisting with pickup scheduling; Assisting with customer service; Assisting and supporting the operational supervisor; Assisting with other activities related to Shipping Department routines.
