You will work on campaigns, content creation, communication channel management, and actions connecting people, strategy, and organizational culture. **Internship in Finance:** In this area, you will provide multidisciplinary support to our finance divisions, which operate strategically in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, control, reporting, and financial risk management. You will help keep our business on track and contribute to achieving our financial goals. **Internship in Geoprocessing:** In this area, you will support the analysis and organization of geospatial information used in environmental, operational, and planning studies. You may work on data processing, map development, cartographic database management, and geoprocessing tools to support more accurate and sustainable decision-making. **Internship in Operations:** In this area, you will help maintain and support operational execution across our factories, contributing to safer, more efficient, and consistent industrial processes. You may engage in manufacturing and engineering process projects, production data analysis, continuous improvement, and operational routine support. **Commercial Internship:** In this area, you will work closely with customers and support key stages of the commercial cycle—from market analysis to proposal development assistance and performance indicator tracking. You will contribute to strengthening customer relationships, supporting commercial decisions, and identifying opportunities to improve industrial sales flows. **Internship in Supply Chain:** In this area, you will support optimization of our production process by contributing to resource planning and availability across our factories. You will interact with procurement demands, logistics, inventory management, cost analysis, transportation tracking, and supply chain flow improvements. **Internship in Quality Management Systems:** In this area, you will join a team dedicated to meeting customer expectations through quality standards definition and the ongoing pursuit of process effectiveness and stability across the value chain. You will support data analysis, internal audits, technical reporting, and corrective and preventive actions. **Internship in Environment:** In this area, you will contribute to initiatives reinforcing sustainability and environmental compliance across company processes. You will support audits, indicator monitoring, report preparation, and projects focused on responsible resource management and reduction of environmental impacts. **Internship in Research & Development:** In this area, you will help improve the quality of our products and services by continuously asking: “What’s next?” You will analyze, test, prototype, and explore creative solutions to bring future products, services, and processes to life. **Internship in Information Technology:** In this area, you will focus on developing and delivering cutting-edge automation technologies and digital solutions to enhance service levels for our customers, factories, and employees.
