




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, tax calculation related to payroll, attendance tracking, as well as candidate sourcing and selection. Key Highlights: 1. Full payroll and benefits management 2. Handling of onboarding, termination, and vacation control processes 3. Talent acquisition and selection Payroll preparation, vacation control, 13th salary, onboarding, and termination. Daily attendance tracking and spreadsheet preparation. Proficiency in Excel and the Senior payroll system is desirable. Benefits administration, including basic food basket, GIFT cards, transportation allowance, and fuel allowance. Knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) is required. Tax calculation related to payroll. Attendance tracking. Candidate sourcing, selection, interviews, and approval.
