Drogaria Araujo, a company that values learning and development, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Order Monitoring Assistants. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Monitor and ensure the success of digital channel deliveries (e.g., app, website, Drogatel) via the Order Monitoring Center (OMC), monitoring and intervening with respective departments at each order stage—from integration through final delivery to the customer—meeting agreed delivery deadlines, optimizing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Logistics knowledge preferred.
