Contributing to a clean and healthy work environment Perform office cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of organized, hygienic, and suitable environments for administrative activities. Clean desks, workstations, chairs, cabinets, shelves, doors, partitions, glass surfaces, equipment, and other furniture using appropriate cleaning products and materials to preserve their condition and longevity. Clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, washing, or polishing according to the type of flooring, ensuring removal of dust, debris, and stains. Clean commonly used equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers (external parts), taking proper precautions to avoid compromising their functionality. Carry out selective waste collection and proper disposal of waste, keeping trash bins clean and organized. Restock hygiene supplies in restrooms and kitchens, where applicable, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Maintain organization in meeting rooms and common areas, ensuring they are always ready for use. Preserve work materials and equipment, follow safety regulations, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, contributing to a clean, healthy, and pleasant work environment for everyone.
