Job Summary: Assist in cleaning and organizing construction sites, transporting and preparing materials, excavation, leveling, and demolition, supporting other professionals and ensuring safety. Site cleaning and organization **MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Experience in the role **PREFERRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Completed elementary education Site Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area by collecting debris, material scraps, and tools left out of place. * Material Transportation: Load and unload construction materials—such as bricks, cement, sand, rebar, wood, and others—to designated work locations. * Material Preparation: Assist in preparing mortars, concrete, and other mixtures according to instructions from masons or supervisors. * Excavation and Leveling: Perform trench and pit excavation; assist in land grading and other manual labor tasks. * Assistance to Other Professionals: Support masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other construction site professionals as needed. * Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and organize tools and equipment, inspect their condition, and report any issues. Demolition: Participate in demolition activities involving masonry, flooring, and other structures, adhering to safety regulations. * Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs and finishing tasks, such as assisting with plastering, painting, and other general services. * Safety Compliance: Follow occupational safety regulations, correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any hazardous situations. **Additional Information** * **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; * **Meals:** Meal Allowance / Food Allowance of BRL 28.60 per working day; Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: Up to BRL 2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
