Opportunity to conduct training sessions and provide feedback **JOB OPENING** **CLEANING SUPERVISOR** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage cleaning equipment and machinery; * Assign daily tasks to general service assistants; * Routinely inspect all hospital areas, supervising and guiding general service assistants and glass cleaners; * Propose improvements to technical routine standards in collaboration with coordination; * Monitor the performance of general service assistants and provide ongoing feedback; * Continuously deliver practical and theoretical training to general service assistants and glass cleaners; * Attend meetings. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, officially registered; * Knowledge of hospital cleaning; * Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and materials; * Basic computer skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with bed management via system.
