Job Summary: Opportunity to work in customer service at a bakery, handling sales, organizing and maintaining the space, with in-person, telephone, and online communication. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required Position for customer service at a bakery (Sodiê Doces) located in the Barreiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. The role involves in-person customer service for selling cakes, sweets, savory snacks, beverages, and related items. Telephone, WhatsApp, and online platform support (including the Sodiê app, iFood, and 99food) are also required. Responsibilities also include general maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the customer service area and dining hall, as well as cake and beverage display cases. Restocking items such as candles, beverages, and savory snacks is included. No experience is required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Availability on holidays is required (operations generally occur during reduced hours; overtime pay is provided).
