Job Summary: Responsible for quality management, audits, training, and technical support to optimize industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the Quality Management System 2. Development and supervision of industrial processes and methods 3. Conducting internal audits and product failure analysis \* Responsible for the entire Quality Management System; \* Issues and disseminates technical reports to customers and to senior management; \* Conducts training and activities related to the QMS; \* Provides support to company departments, guiding them on QMS requirements; \* Develops, tests, and supervises industrial processes and methods; \* Identifies and analyzes root causes and losses, implementing improvements; \* Conducts internal audits for products, processes, and reverse PFMEA; \* Validates worksheets according to the M.S.A. manual, performs studies, and saves information in the database within a network backup-enabled folder; \* Evaluates field failures of company products and guides containment and corrective actions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: \* ISO IATF 16949, Basic Metrology, APQP, M.S.A., FMEA, PPAP, MASP, Company Procedures; EDUCATION: Completed High School Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Quality-related field.
