Complying with food hygiene and safety regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Position: Pizzaiolo Location: Cabral Neighborhood \- Contagem/MG Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities: Prepare dough, sauces, and fillings; stretch dough manually or using equipment; assemble pizzas according to the house standard; bake pizzas for the correct duration; maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; monitor ingredient expiration dates; sanitize utensils and equipment; comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; assist in warehouse organization when necessary.
