Develop and train the team for professional growth **KITCHEN CHEF** The Trip Food Group, operating 4 restaurants in Belo Horizonte (Trip Food Pampulha, Trip Food Sapucaí, Barzenho, and Poutineria), is seeking an experienced, organized Kitchen Chef with strong leadership qualities to join our team! Here, each customer embarks on a global gastronomic journey, and your role is to ensure every dish is delivered with excellence — maintaining standard, speed, and consistency across all services. WORK SCHEDULE: Weekdays, holidays, and weekends. Night shift. ABOUT THE POSITION: * CLT employment contract; * Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off; * Fixed salary of BRL 2700.00 \+ commission RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and supervise the kitchen team as well as weekly planning; * Ensure all dishes meet established standards; * Organize kitchen workflow and prevent bottlenecks; * Assign tasks and monitor execution; * Train and develop the team; * Control waste and ingredient consumption; * Monitor inventory and restocking; * Ensure hygiene and organization; * Submit ingredient purchase lists; * Supervise service areas and staff meals; * Support dish creation and improvement. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Proven experience as a cook; * Leadership experience or leadership potential; * Organization, agility, and responsibility; * Flexible availability.
