Description: Develop and implement testing strategies for medium- and high-complexity features, designing and maintaining manual and automated tests. Independently perform root cause analysis of defects to ensure test quality and coverage. Proactively propose and implement improvements to QA processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize product efficiency and quality. Responsibilities and Duties * Design well-structured test plans and test cases, applying QA best practices and optimizing existing test suites; * Develop and execute high-quality tests (manual and automated) within deadlines, applying approaches such as BDD or risk-based testing; * Plan and execute test strategies for medium- and high-complexity solutions, following validation by immediate management; * Identify, document, and analyze the root cause of application failures (bugs), ensuring product/service quality; * Support peer review of test plans and test cases, providing guidance on best practices, scenario coverage, and documentation clarity; * Assist the product team in scope risk analysis, advising on impacts to quality and test coverage; * Present reasoned objections—grounded in data and technical knowledge—to management or stakeholders; * Master platform business rules and provide technical support to less experienced analysts in designing test scenarios; * Actively collaborate during critical and emergency situations (hotfixes), validating fixes with agility and accuracy. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or related fields; * Knowledge of Functional Testing; * Experience with Git workflows (Pull Requests/Merge Requests, Code Review, Issues) on platforms such as GitHub or GitLab; * Experience creating tests using frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium; * Experience with SQL, including complex queries (various JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries) and test data manipulation (INSERT, UPDATE); * Proficiency in Agile methodologies; * Server and deployment; 2512310202491828325
