Carlos Schneider Group, which also comprises FCF (fasteners and special projects), Hacasa (real estate development), RBE (energy management and commercialization), Intercargo (logistics solutions), and Agropecuária Parati. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for providing technical support to the production department through evaluation of improvement proposals; managing manufacturing performance indicators within the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Straws system; controlling expense budgets; participating in daily meetings to monitor problem resolution in support areas (projects, maintenance); managing the Ciser Improvement Nucleus (GMC, Lean, 5S, Kaizen); digitalization projects (Lean, MES, Industry 4\.0\); implementation and management of 5S, TRF (Quick Tool Change), and LPA (Layered Process Audits). **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (engineering or related fields). Knowledge of MASP.
