Manages staff and fleet Responsibilities: An employee responsible for administering and planning shipping and logistics activities; supervises loading and unloading processes; performs inventory verification, movement, storage, control, packaging, quality assurance, handles returns and exchanges, issues fiscal documents, and manages personnel. Main Responsibilities: Administers and plans logistics department activities. Supervises unloading, verification, movement, and storage processes. \* Manages logistics staff and administrative personnel (e.g., drivers, assistants). \* Upon arrival, assumes full responsibility for billing and cargo sorting, completing branch vehicle dispatch (ready invoice, goods sorted, team check). \* Verifies inventory. \* Monitors street collection movements. \* Fleet management (fueling, corrective and preventive maintenance). \* Next-day route planning (loading). \* Rescheduling of returned deliveries (redelivery). \* Team control and management (working hours, absences, warnings, hiring, vacations). \* Management of facility cleaning and maintenance. \* Visits clients and suppliers. Requirements: \* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (mandatory in relevant field); * Minimum 2 years of experience; * Driver's license category B; \* Experience in personnel management; \* Knowledge of routine procedures (route control); \* Knowledge of classification routines; \* Experience with post-consumption inputs is a plus.
