Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Assembler to assemble, install, and maintain steel structures, interpret engineering plans, and ensure compliance with technical standards. Teamwork and focus on safety We are looking for a Metal Structure Assembler to perform assembly, installation, and maintenance of steel structures on civil and industrial construction sites. The professional will be responsible for interpreting engineering plans and technical drawings, performing layout marking, alignment, and fastening—ensuring correct execution according to technical standards and quality and safety requirements. Main Responsibilities * Assemble metal structures (warehouses, mezzanines, roofs, supports, stairs, racks, and others). * Interpret engineering plans, technical drawings, and sketches for field execution. * Perform necessary layout marking, measurements, cutting, and adjustments for assembly. * Align, plumb, and level components and structures. * Fasten components using bolts, welding, or anchor bolts, as specified. * Assist in lifting and moving components using auxiliary equipment (hoists, cranes, aerial work platforms). * Comply with and uphold occupational safety regulations (NR-18, NR-35, mandatory PPE). * Collaborate with welders and supervisors to optimize timelines and quality. Requirements * Proven experience in assembling metal structures. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools (drills, grinders, sanders, wrenches). * Basic knowledge of measurement, leveling, and plumbing. * Availability for working at heights and traveling when required. * Availability to work across multiple construction sites. Preferred Qualifications * NR-35 (Working at Heights) and NR-18 (Construction Site Safety) certifications. * Experience in large-scale industrial construction projects. * Familiarity with aerial work platforms and electric hoists. * Advanced ability to read structural engineering plans.
