### **Key Responsibilities**
* Work within the Voltage Regulators Business Unit
* Develop, implement, and maintain firmware for electronic control of voltage regulators.
* Program and configure microcontrollers to ensure correct operation of control algorithms.
* Develop and support C# applications for equipment configuration, monitoring, testing, and diagnostics.
* Perform firmware testing, validation, and debugging to identify and correct faults.
* Support hardware-software integration by collaborating closely with electrical engineering and R&D teams.
* Interpret electrical schematics, functional diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Author and maintain software technical documentation, test reports, and project change records.
* Contribute to continuous product improvement by participating in technical analyses and field or laboratory problem-solving.
### **Technical Requirements**
### **Firmware and Software Development**
* **Programming Languages:** Solid proficiency in **C/C++** for embedded systems and strong competence in **C# (.NET)** for developing diagnostic tools, configuration interfaces (HMI), and test applications.
* **Microcontrollers:** Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming and architecture (**ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, PIC, AVR**, or similar).
* **Communication Protocols:** Familiarity with industrial and communication protocols such as **CAN (J1939/CANopen), Modbus**, SPI, I2C, and UART.
* **Version Control:** Experience with **Git** and best practices for source code organization.
### **Hardware and Electronics**
* **Hardware Analysis:** Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and block diagrams.
* **Electronics Fundamentals:** Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, with emphasis on control and monitoring applications.
* **Instrumentation and Testing:** Experience in firmware validation and debugging using bench tools such as **oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters**.
### **Engineering and Processes**
* **Technical Standards:** Knowledge of current technical standards applicable to electrical and electro-electronic equipment.
* **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Ability to work directly with Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and **R&D** departments.
### **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)**
* **Power Systems:** Knowledge of power electronics or experience developing firmware for large-scale industrial equipment.
* **Digital Control:** Understanding of digital control algorithms or signal processing applied to embedded systems.
* **Operating Systems:** Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
