Job Summary: Professional responsible for load handling and line operation in a refrigerated production facility, ensuring hygiene and safety in a night-shift industrial environment. Responsibilities and Duties: * **Load Handling:** Handle carcasses throughout the production process until the end of the rail system. * **Line Operation:** Remove trolleys and prepare cuts for subsequent stages of the production line. * **Operational Logistics:** Support loading and unloading of products in coordination with the logistics team. * **Hygiene and Quality:** Strictly adhere to sanitary regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace cleanliness. * **Industrial Environment:** Comply with occupational safety standards specific to refrigerated facilities. Requirements: * **Full availability for the night shift** (Schedule: Sunday to Friday). * Physically suitable profile for load handling and continuous activities in an industrial environment. * **Thermal Resilience:** Ability to work in cold chambers and under specific temperature conditions. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team under fast-paced conditions. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in slaughterhouses, butcher shops, or food manufacturing industries. Compensation and "Bonus" Allowances: * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.657,66 (CLT employment regime). * **Guaranteed Allowances:** Hazard Pay + Night Shift Allowance + Attendance Bonus + Seniority Bonus + Overtime.
