**Department:** Logistics / Occupational Engineering
**Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Friday)
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage **Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality** processes within logistics/industrial operations;
* Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety programs (PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, among others);
* Monitor health and safety indicators, proposing preventive and corrective action plans;
* Conduct internal audits and support external QSMS audits;
* Support awareness campaigns and training on occupational safety, occupational health, and environmental best practices;
* Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare technical reports, and propose improvements;
* Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), environmental legislation, and quality standards;
* Support waste management and sustainability practices;
* Collaborate with the Occupational Engineering team to continuously improve ergonomics and risk prevention.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Nursing, Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience as a QSMS Analyst in logistics or industrial environments;
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, environmental legislation, and integrated management systems;
* Proficiency in reporting, KPIs, and risk analysis tools;
* Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, or Environmental Management;
* Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;
* Experience in large-scale logistics operations.
