Proactive mediation between airlines and customers We currently have an opportunity for professionals experienced in **issuing, canceling, and reissuing air tickets.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations and modify domestic reservations (LATAM, Azul, and GOL); * Correct ticket data and add services such as PET and baggage; * Manage re-accommodations for involuntary changes to domestic and international flights; * Mediate discussions with airlines while maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers; * Issue and cancel tickets using mileage points; * Manage cancellation credits and virtual cards for additional services; * Handle internal requests related to air tickets; * Maximize profitability and optimize the company's mileage bank and mileage cards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with tools such as Excel, Word, and Gmail; * Hands-on experience in issuing and canceling tickets using mileage points; * Organized, attentive, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM \- Weekends and holidays: 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM, 5:00 PM to 11:20 PM, or 6:00 PM to 12:20 AM, depending on schedule
