All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and control of new vehicle deployments and demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and handling all matters related to vehicles undergoing maintenance (e.g., supplier communication, receipt of quotations, system entry, and updates to drivers and managers regarding status). Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to clients, updating emails linked to fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Managing and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. Communicating with third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and provide status updates. Direct interaction with internal departments responsible for client-requested matters.
