This includes preparing tanks to receive the dry, pressed active part; preparing the re-compression box to ensure all necessary devices are available for compressing and re-compressing the active part; removing the active part from the oven using an overhead crane, paying special attention to the lifting capacity of slings and steel cables; transporting it to the re-compression area and subsequently placing it into the tank. * Assemble accessories onto the tank (valves, monitoring equipment, pipes, conservators), as specified in drawings, and perform applied voltage and turns ratio tests on the transformers. * Package and dispatch disassembled parts for shipment.
