**Brief Description**
Support corporate legalization processes, assisting with the formation, amendment, regularization, and dissolution of legal entities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, deadlines, and procedures before competent public agencies.
**Technical Competencies**
* Basic knowledge of corporate and business legislation
* Understanding of corporate legalization processes
* Familiarity with public agencies (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, State Tax Authorities)
* Basic knowledge of corporate bylaws and corporate acts
* Familiarity with government systems (REDESIM, VRE, Coleta Web, e-CAC, among others)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Document and deadline organization and control

**Detailed Activity Description**
* Assist in company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes
* Support the drafting and organization of corporate bylaws, termination agreements, and contractual amendments
* Submit and monitor processes at the Commercial Registry, Notary Offices, Federal Revenue Service, State Tax Authorities, Municipalities, and other regulatory agencies
* Support the issuance and regularization of CNPJ, State Tax Registration, and Municipal Tax Registration
* Assist in requesting and monitoring necessary permits, licenses, and certificates
* Monitor legal deadlines and track registration-related pending items
* Provide support to internal and external clients under the guidance of the analyst or area manager
* Maintain updated corporate registrations and organize corporate documentation
* Support updating information in accordance with changes in applicable legislation
* Perform tasks in compliance with internal standards, compliance policies, and current legislation
