Here, every detail matters—and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage logistics for internal and external training sessions—including scheduling, invitations, timelines, attendance tracking, and evaluations; * Support competency development through planning, execution, and monitoring of training programs and learning pathways; * Contribute to implementing internal Development Programs; * Adapt and develop institutional content and materials for various formats; * Liaise with external training providers; * Conduct internal alignment sessions with leaders to identify competency gaps; * Support leadership in activities and processes requiring information, controls, and new analyses; * Monitor supplier contracts by tracking deadlines and service quality; * Stay updated on industry best practices within your field; * Act as a cultural ambassador for Karsten; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Andragogy, the 6Ds methodology, LMS platforms, experience in Training & Development and performance management, familiarity with LMS platforms and corporate e-learning tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum 1 year of experience; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance—supporting your health and well-being; * Sports Association—enjoy quality family time; * Education Assistance—growth never stops!
