Job Summary: An Occupational Health and Safety professional to develop, implement, and monitor OH&S programs; conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations; ensure legal compliance; and deliver educational initiatives. Guiding employees and third parties, providing first aid support. The company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in Rio do Sul. We focus on optimizing the recruitment and selection process, delivering an efficient experience for both candidates and employers. **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health and Safety programs and policies (PGR, PCMSO, PPR, PCA, and other legal requirements), including chemical management and submission of events to e-Social. Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations; manage PPE, emergency response teams, CIPA, and ensure compliance with NRs and current legislation. Develop educational initiatives; support expert assessments and inspections; guide employees and third parties; provide first aid and asset security support. Previous experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, Occupational Health and Safety Analyst, Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor, or Occupational Health and Safety Consultant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
