About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. KEY ACTIVITIES Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; sector organization, cleaning, and sanitation; expiration date verification according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products and those with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Benjamin Constant, 939\.
