




**Functions:** · Perform various administrative services; · Provide customer, client, and/or supplier service, production area, PCP, and telephone support; · Typing of documents; · Enter orders, payment orders, and Invoices; · Assist in controlling office supplies inventory and request replenishments; · Support management and quality management in administrative activities; · Prepare reports, forms, spreadsheets, and presentations; · Promote conservation, organization, and cleanliness of the workplace; · Maintain a safe work environment; · Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
