Responsible for equipment cleaning and maintenance **JOB DESCRIPTION** Wheel Loader Operator Driver **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** · Transport aggregates from storage piles (bays) to the plant’s batching boxes or scales, ensuring correct materials and required quantities are available for concrete mixing. · Ensure and promote compliance with quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and company policies. · Prevent material spillage from one bay to another, avoiding contamination. · Stack material in the bay in an organized, straight manner to facilitate inventory measurement. · Monitor wheel loader maintenance; perform daily wheel loader pre-operation checklist. · Maintain cleanliness of the wheel loader and branch yard. · Clean the loading point, removing material that falls onto the floor during operations. · Clean sedimentation tanks, then clean wheel loader wheel hubs and grease all grease nipples. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Valid and regular driver's license category **B or higher**; · Wheel loader operator training course preferred; · Prior experience operating a wheel loader preferred; · Basic mechanical knowledge; **We Offer:** Salary: BRL 2,688.00 Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 (average BRL 630.00) Overtime: Average BRL 600.00 per month (approximately 30 hours/month); Operational bonus up to BRL 300.00 **Note: Compensation varies according to dedication and work performance; combined with meal allowance, average monthly earnings range from BRL 3,500.00 to BRL 4,200.00.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
