JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting activities related to online sales, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Assist in managing and updating the company's e-commerce platform Process online purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and speed in delivery Perform product packaging and shipping activities, ensuring quality and integrity of items Assist in administrative tasks within the department, such as inventory control, invoice issuance, payment tracking, and other administrative routines related to e-commerce Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure distribution efficiency Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing assistance and clarifying questions Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online products and promotional campaigns Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and suggest improvements Stay updated on e-commerce market trends and new technologies Comply with company security, privacy, operational procedures, and compliance policies.
